Jennifer Aniston is agonizing and suffering sleepless nights over her bitter $200 million divorce from Brad Pitt. The final nail in the coffin for the ex-Friends star was their Beverly Hills mansion going on sale for $28m on the day the divorce became official.
It was the home where Jennifer had hoped to raise a family with Brad. Angelina Jolie‘s increasingly prominent role in the split has helped transform the divorce into one of the coldest and costliest in Hollywood history.
Right down to the wire when the divorce was finalized on Sunday, October 2, The National Enquirer can reveal lawyers for both Brad and Jennifer were debating how to carve up the estate following bitter rows between the couple.
While Brad has been flaunting his romance with Angelina with family trips out with her adopted kids, Jennifer has been plagued by insomnia, alone in her rented Malibu house.
Insiders believe she is confused over why her marriage ended and is now angry at friends she feels have abandoned her. She plays videos of Brad’s films, and of their marriage, over and over, according to reports.
She is also said to have written love notes to her ex-husband before crumpling them and throwing them away.
Jennifer is now worth more than $75 million. She earns more than $10 million per movie and receives about $8 million a year in Friends royalties. Pitt, who earns $17.5 million per film, has a personal wealth in excess of $100 million.
