Court grants Jennifer Love Hewitt restraining order against stalker.
The Ghost Whisperer star says David Nolte, 62, allegedly sent the thesp letters describing in lurid detail violent sexual fantasies involving himself and the brunette beauty.
Hewitt said in a legal petition submitted by her lawyer that Nolte sold his hoe in Colorado and moved to LA in an attempt to be closer to the not-so-obscure object of his desire.
Nolte then appeared at Hewitt’s mother’s home in December sending the actress into a panic.
A judge in Burbank yesterday granted Love Hewitt’s request for a three year restraining order against Nolte.
