JENNIFER LOPEZ and MARC ANTHONY are dissolving their seven year marriage.
The ENQUIRER FIRST reported their marriage was in BIG trouble more than two years ago.

The power couple issued a joint statement today, "We have decided to end our marriage. This was a very difficult decision. We have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters.
"It is a painful time for all involved and we appreciate the respect of our privacy at this time."
Jenny From the Block and the Latin singing sensation wed back in 2004.
They have two kids together, twins Max and Emme.
Professionally, the duo are still joined at the hip as producers of the Latin American pseudo-Idol competition, Q'Viva (The Chosen).
FYI: Exec producer titles are usually "in name only" for a split of the profits, with nothing to do with the day-to-day operations of a TV show.
