Break out the feta it’s a Greek Wedding for JENNIFER ANISTON and JUSTIN THEROUX!

The two plan to tie the knot this summer on the island of Crete, where Jennifer’s dad, actor John An­iston, was born bearing the original family name of Anastassakis.

“It will be the celebrity wedding of the year!” a source told The ENQUIRER. “Jennifer and Justin have agreed that they want to tie the knot in Crete, specifically in the beautiful town of Chania, where her father was born.”

As a child, the 43-year-old “Friends” beauty lived in Greece with her fam­ily for a year, and she has a strong affinity for her Greek heritage.

“Her father always made sure that she appreciated her Greek roots, and Jennifer feels Crete is the ideal setting for her nuptials,” the source said.

Desperate to avoid the media circus that surrounded her 2000 wedding to Brad Pitt in Malibu, Jennifer is plan­ning an intimate affair with only close friends and family, according to the source.

“Jennifer has already invited her former ‘Friends’ co-star Courteney Cox and new BFF Chelsea Handler to be co-maids of honor,” the source continued. “She also wants to include Courteney’s daughter Coco as a flower girl.

“The exact date of the event is a secret, but Jen and Justin are looking at a summer wed­ding.”

Jennifer’s cousin Antonis Anastassa­kis confirmed the upcoming nup­tials when he spilled the beans to a local TV sta­tion in Greece early last month. He revealed that wedding prepara­tions have already begun, and the love­birds are set to make a trip to Chania in the near future to finalize their plans. Jen and Justin, a 40-year-old screenwriter/ actor, have been inseparable since they began dating in May 2011 after meet­ing on the set of the big-screen comedy “Wanderlust.”

But as The ENQUIRER recently reported, Jennifer blasted Justin as a cheater after she discovered he’d been communicating with ex-girlfriend Heidi Bivens behind her back!.

Despite that blip, wedding plans are now moving full-steam ahead, insiders say. But one person who won’t make the guest list is Jennifer’s estranged mom, Nancy, who suffered a devastat­ing stroke last September.

“The two haven’t been on the best of terms for a long time,” another source revealed.

“Jennifer has done the honorable thing by standing by her mom while she recovers from the stroke and mak­ing sure her medical expenses are being paid.

“But Jennifer won’t be inviting her to the wedding. She doesn’t want the drama that her mother brings poten­tially ruining her big day.”
