Kidnap victim Jaycee Dugard and her two daughters will live under new secret identities and go into hiding for the rest of their lives, The ENQUIRER has learned exclusively.
Jaycee was kidnapped 18 years ago and gave birth to two daughters after being raped by sex monster Phillip Garrido, who hid them at his home, say authorities.
Since their release last August, Jaycee, 29, and her daughters have lived in seclusion at a remote California ranch.
They have received months of therapy, and now family members, therapists and police are planning to help establish entirely new identities for Jaycee and her daughters Angel, 15, and Starlit, 11, reveals an insider.
The mother and daughters will be put into a kind of “witness protection program,” says a source close to them, in which they will be given new names and fictitious backgrounds that will allow them to start new lives.
“Jaycee is traumatized,” said the insider. “No one can say as time goes on how she will handle all of the horrible things she has been through.”
