JACKO SUED BY SHEIKH

Arab potentate sues King Bizarro

London barristers for Sheikh Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa allege the prince paid Michael Jackson a $7 million advance on a joint book and record deal which Jacko never delivered on.

Jackson’s lawyers claim the funds were a gift.

Ali Khalifa will testify today at London’s Royal Courts of Justice as  MJ testifies via video link from LA.

The suit alleges that the sheikh paid Jackson after his 2003 arrest on charges of child molestation.  Instead of collaborating with Khalifa, Jackson dropped his initial payment of $35,000 on the utility tab at Neverland, Jackson’s kiddie Xanadu.

Khalifa also claims he paid off Jackson’s post-trial legal fees to the tune of $2.2. million, believing the money would be repaid once the former King of Pop’s career recovered.

The prince and the Prince of Puzzlements are squaring off in London because both parties agreed to take their grievance to a UK court – neutral territory for both Arabian knight and Bizarro King.
