The unvarnished truth that JIMMY FALLON doesn’t want YOU to know!

TV’s new late-night king is the happiest guy on the planet as the host of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” – but he’s really on cloud nine because he talked NBC execs into moving the show from L.A. to New York.

Being apart from his wife and new baby daughter was not an option for the comic, and the prospect of having to catch red eyes back from the coast wouldn’t have been fun.

Jimmy and his wife Nancy Juvonen, a 46-year-old film producer, had their dreams come true when they turned to a surrogate mom who delivered their precious daughter Winnie Rose last July.

“There was never a baby more welcomed than little Winnie,” said an insider.

The incredibly likeable showman, 39, and his older bride had been having difficulties conceiving a child.

“They’d been seeing specialist after specialist only to wind up heartbroken and disappointed each time Nancy failed to get pregnant,” said an insider.

“Nancy would cry herself to sleep. It was a very sad time for them both. They went through a living hell because they so desperately wanted a baby.”

For a while it was Drew Barrymore, Nancy’s business partner in Flower Films, who helped them through the rough times, according to the insider, who added: “Drew stepped in as a sounding board for both of them when the stress got really bad.”

But that’s all changed now that Winnie’s in their lives. Jimmy and Nancy have never been happier.

Jimmy told a pal: “I’ve got the world on a string, the greatest job working with the greatest people. But if it all ended tomorrow, I’d still be the richest man in the world. Without Nancy and Winnie I’d be nothing.”
