Authorities found the body of 47-year-old Andrew Getty at his Hollywood mansion on March 31, with bombshell Lanessa DeJonge on the premises.
Now The National ENQUIRER can reveal that Andrew had filed a restraining order against Lanessa on March 16 – claiming she planned to kill him by making his blood boil!
Andrew said in court papers Lanessa was out to exploit his “serious medical condition.”
“My doctors have advised me that heated arguments can cause my blood pressure to rise dangerously,” he said. “Lanessa is aware of [this] and she has exploited this information to demand money and property from me.”
Andrew, heir to a $2.1 billion fortune, also alleged that Lanessa had “kicked and hit me repeatedly.” Said the source: “He likely suffered a heart attack.
