TOM CRUISE is expanding his real estate portfolio – with a dream home in Hawaii!
The 51-year-old “Mission: Impossible” star reportedly broke ground on the island of Lanai for a palatial waterfront mansion worth more than $8 million.
The box-office hunk will eventually merge several properties into one spectacular compound overlooking Kapihaa Bay, where he can relax with his 7-year-old daughter Suri, according to insiders.
“Tom wants to make it his own tropical paradise,” said a source.
But Cruise’s plans shouldn’t surprise ENQUIRER readers.
In February 2013, we reported that he had fallen in love with Lanai and wanted to build a getaway there.
