Hulk Hogan’s 17 year-old son Nick who was facing five years in the big house got 8 months in county jail instead.
Nick Bollea got all nolo contendre when facing off with the judicial tag team. He had no choice.
Prosecution proved Bollea was drag racing with a bud when he spun out, slamming into a palm tree. His non-seatbelt wearing friend was a former marine who had survived Iraq.
Now, John Graziano, 22, faces a lifetime of assisted care.
Bollea was sentenced to 8 months in a Florida county jail and 5 years probation.
Oh yeah, he’ll also be monitored for non-alcohol consumption for the next few years when released.
