Hulk Hogan‘s wife Linda Bollea has filed for divorce and now she wants half of the Hulk’s assets, plus child support for their son Nick, 17, the St. Petersburg Times reports.
According to court papers, Linda Bollea is seeking an equitable split of the couple’s assets which include two homes in Florida that are worth about $9.5 million. Hulk’s wife petitioned for shared custody of son Nick (daughter Brooke is no longer a minor) but asked that Nick live with her and have “liberal visitation” with his father. Linda also wants Hulk Hogan to pay for Nick’s health insurance and take out a life insurance policy to cover child support for Nick, if necessary.
Hulk Hogan whose real name is Terry Bollea, issued a statement to TMZ saying, “Please respect my family’s privacy at this time with all that we have been through. I care for my wife and my children are my world and I just hope this all works out.”
