Reality TV cutie ALANA “HONEY BOO BOO” THOMPSON may be at the center of an ugly money battle following her unmarried parents’ split.

Saying she “caught him cheating,” June “Mama June” Shannon said she was booting out Mike “Sugar Bear” Thompson after he allegedly trolled for women on the Internet.

The couple, their star daughter and her sisters – “Chubbs,” “Chickadee” and “Pumpkin” – will return to TLC in January. The McIntyre, Ga.–based family reportedly earns $50,000 an episode, and have banked $800,000 since 2012.

A source told The National ENQUIRER: “Mama June’s split could wreck havoc for the show’s future and also lead to a nasty money battle.”

Honey Boo Boo’s parents had a “redneck wedding” in May 2013 – nine years after their first date – but the ceremony was not legally binding.

The ENQUIRER previously reported trouble was brewing because Mama June, who’d shed 115 pounds from her 365-pound frame, had “gone Hollywood,” leaving little time for Sugar Bear.

Celebrity divorce lawyer Raoul Felder – who is not involved in the split – told The ENQUIRER: “Nobody will get Honey Boo Boo’s money, because of the ‘Coogan Law’ (which protects 15 percent of child actors’ earnings in a trust). But Mom and Dad could end up in an extensive lawsuit.”
