Rocker Joel Madden’s four-year marriage to wife Nicole Richie is going down in flames over his sizzling relationship with Jessie J, his fellow judge on “The Voice” in Australia!
Nicole, 34, is “fed up” and was “pushed to the edge” by reports that her husband, 36, had been flirting up a storm with the vampy London-born singer, 27, sources said — and pals believe a $25 million divorce is imminent!
“Nicole is very possessive,” said a source close to the “Candidly Nicole” star. “She’s an extremely jealous woman who spends a lot of time tending to her family.”
Nicole and Joel got hitched in 2010 and are parents to Harlow, 7, and Sparrow, 6 — and her dad insists the family’s as solid as ever.
“I’m gonna set the record straight: They are so happy, and the kids are so grown-up now that I’m almost afraid to think that those are kids,” dad Lionel Richie said.
But, claimed the source: “While Joel was in Australia filming, Nicole heard all sorts of reports of Joel carrying on backstage with Jessie. And it infuriated her.”
The couple recently bought a new house in Beverly Hills for $6.7 million, but sources said it’s not a happy home.
Added the source: “A divorce could be nasty. Nicole will want custody of the kids. But Joel will fight her. It could get ugly!”
