HEATHER LOCKLEAR busted for hit & run accident.
The Melrose Place beauty was arrested for a hit-and-run at around 4 AM last Saturday near North Ranch Country Club in Westlake Village, CA.
A "no parking" sign was knocked over and there were obvious signs of a car rising onto the curb and striking the sign.
An investigation confirmed that the car in question was indeed Locklear’s black BMW.
Under the penal code of California the offense is a misdemeanor, so luckily Heather was not taken into custody but she did receive a citation.
A citation is considered an arrest in LA LA land.
In 2008, Heather was cuffed and arrested in Santa Barbara for allegedly driving under the influence.
