JENNIFER ANISTON says aloha to Hollywood!

Fed up with box-office disappointments and fizzled romances, the Friends beauty plans to make a new start in Hawaii, pals say.

The 41-year-old actress - encouraged by close friend Oprah Winfrey - is buying a getaway home on the island of Maui in the hope that the change of scenery will recharge her personal and professional life.

Jen fell in love with the area while recently and quickly realized Hawaii might be "just what she's been looking for," a close pal told The ENQUIRER.

"She says the island vibe is just what she needs to counter the Hollywood rat race.

"And her extended stay inspired her to buy a house."

Jen has toured several oceanfront homes in the Wailea section of Maui, and she also looked at a ranch in Napili, according to reports.
