Halle was hospitalized late Tuesday following an accident on the DowntownLos Angeles set of her film The Hive.
The Oscar winning beauty, 45, either fell or was struck by a falling object, according to X17.com, citing-set sources.
Halle was rushed via ambulance to Cedars-Sinai Mediacal Center at 10 PM PT, RadarOnline.com reported
“Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, The Hive,” her rep said.
“She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released.
"She’ll continue production as planned.”
