TLC has subpoenaed Jon Gosselin‘s GF Hailey Glassman to testify in their case against him.
According to legal insiders, Gosselin will be questioned under oath about his income outside the stringent JK8 contract, possible defamatory statements about TLC and more.
TLC has already won the judge’s approval to depose six key witnesses, including Hailey Glassman, his lawyer Mark Heller (who may not be able to legally rep him in Maryland), manager Mike Heller, BFF Michael Lohan, plus his bodyguard and "talent" rep.
One more mystery witness may be called to testify as well.
