Jon Gosselin‘s reckless behavior is putting his kids’ lives at risk – that’s the charge of Joy Lawlor, the ex-lesbian lover of the Jon & Kate Plus 8 dadda’s troubled GF Hailey Glassman.
Joy told The ENQUIRER Hailey is so erratic and irrational that she poses a serious threat to the children’s safety.
Joy, who had a relationship with Hailey from 2005 until 2008 while they were students at Indiana University, says Hailey, 22, is a "vicious" woman with an extensive history of substance abuse and explosive behavior. Joy even says Hailey once attacked her with a baseball bat!
She believes Jon would be making a serious mistake if he were to involve Hailey in his children’s lives.
"Plain and simple, Hailey shouldn’t be around those kids," Joy, 23, told The ENQUIRER. "Hailey is not a maternal individual and lacks common sense. She does things erratically and irrationally.
"Jon’s partying around and having his fun, and that would be fine if there weren’t children around. Hailey’s a negative influence and doesn’t need to be mixed up with them.
"If I were there I’d tell Kate (Gosselin), ‘Keep those kids away from Hailey – she’s TOXIC!’"
Joy believes that Jon is so caught up in his new carefree lifestyle that he’s not able to see what a ticking time bomb Joy thinks Hailey really is.
"The signs are ALL there," said Joy. "I think Jon’s being reckless and needs to open his eyes to what’s going on."
