T.R. Knight's Hollywood three-car-pile-up!

The Grey's Anatomy star almost made a trip to the ER himself after an incident yesterday afternoon. 

According to the LAPD, Knight was struck by an oncoming car, causing him to smack into another vehicle attempting to make a left turn at 230 PM PDT.

The female driver who hit the medical show thesp was taken to the hospital as was the other driver.

Knight appeared to be OK and left the scene in a private vehicle.
