Rocker GREG ALLMAN walks, after being sued in connection with deadly film set accident.

AP reported that the lawyers suing the rocker now say he’s not to blame for the death of a camera assistant shooting his biopic.

As The ENQUIRER reported previously Sarah Jones, 27, was struck by a train on a railroad bridge in southeast Georgia while shooting “Midnight Rider”.

Her death in rural Wayne County sparked outrage among industry technicians many of whom sported black ribbons during the Oscars. 

Jones family lawyers have dropped all civil claims against Allman after determining he "had no involvement" in the decisions that led to tragedy.

The family is still seeking are still seeking damages against the film’s director Randall Miller and his production company.

The filmmakers also face criminal charges in the train crash that not only claimed Sarah’s life but also injured six others.

The film takes its title from an Allman Bros. Band song from the 1970 LP “Idelwild South”.
