Playboy Chace Crawford is following BFF Ed Westwick’s lead and settling down – for a little while at least!
And a source told The ENQUIRER it was Westwick, 21, and his girlfriend Jessica Szohr, 24, who set up Chace, 23, with his new squeeze – gorgeous 19-year-old Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Esti Ginzburg.
"Ed and Chace used to do everything together, and even though they’re still best friends, Ed spends more time with Jessica now instead of hanging out with Chace. He’s been a little lonely," said the source.
Chace has been linked to a long list of Hollywood’s hottest female stars, including 26-year-old singer Carrie Underwood, his 15-year-old Gossip Girl costar Taylor Momsen, and wild child Lindsay Lohan, 22.
Israeli-born Esti – who has also modeled for Tommy Hilfiger and Burberry – is fulfilling her two-year service requirement in the Israeli Army by acting as a spokesperson for young people preparing for their own military service.
According to published reports, she left a party at Sole East in Montauk, N.Y., on May 24 to meet Chace after texting him all night. The two are slated to star in Twelve, a movie about a Big Apple teenage drug dealer.
