JAMES CAAN has filed for divorce from his wife for the third time.
The Godfather star filed the paperwork to divorce his third wife Linda after 18 years of marriage.
This is the third time James has filed for divorce from Linda.
He filed the papers January 8.
Caan is asking for joint custody of their son Jacob, 16.
The couple has another son James 19.
He also filed for divorce from Linda two times previously in 2005 and in 2009 but the filings were dismissed after the couple got back together.
“The Gambler” star has been married and divorced three times prior to his current wife.
