Thesp Balthazar Getty confirmed reports he’s left wife Rosetta, amid rumors of a steamy affair with actress Sienna Miller.
Photos released of the Brothers & Sisters star frolicking on a yacht with a topless Sienna fueled the fire despite Getty’s denials of hanky panky only days earlier.
Getty who has four children with Rosetta said the racy pics forced him to admit the truth.
"The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved," Getty said in a statement.
"Many pictures have surfaced in print and on the Internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that, yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further."
