Actress Gina Gershon denies she is the woman named in an article in Vanity Fair and has unleashed her legal hound upon the mag.
The Showgirls and Bound thesp went ballistic after an article claimed she and ex-president Bill Clinton have been carrying on a torrid coast-to-coast affair.
"Rumor mongering was substituted for fact checking," threatened Gershon’s lawyer Lynda Goldman.
"It is apparent that Vanity Fair was intent upon publishing unsubstantiated rumors, and that it avoided learning the true facts so that the truth would not get in the way."
Gershon is demanding a retraction and apology.
