AMANDA KNOX set to CA$H in, The ENQUIRER has learned.

Knox is going to reap more than $1 million in a “secret blood money deal” after being cleared of charges in the sensational sex murder of her female roommate, say sources.

The ENQUIRER learned that the 24-year-old beauty from Seattle, Wash. – aka “Foxy Knoxy” – was cashing in big-time after her conviction was overturned by an Italian appeals court on Oct. 3 following four years behind bars.

As her family celebrated, an insider close to the case told The ENQUIRER: “Not everyone is rejoicing – it is outrageous that she’s going to reap a cool million bucks and more from a TV movie and a book deal.”

Added a second source: “There are many people who believe Foxy got away with murder. No doubt, she will now become rich – and there’s word that she’ll also rekindle the romance with her murder co-defendant.

“It seems she’s hit the jackpot. But for the victim’s family, it’s nothing more than a shameful miscarriage of justice.”

Amanda and her ex-boyfriend, Raffaele Sollecito, were convicted in December 2009 of killing Meredith Kercher in a 2007 attack that left the British exchange student partially nude and bleeding to death from a slashed throat. Amanda and her beau were facing the prospect of long prison terms until the appeal.

Sollecito was also acquitted.

Meanwhile, Rudy Guede, a drug dealer from the Ivory Coast who implicated Knox and Sollecito in the crime, was previously convicted and sentenced to 16 years.

“No matter what actually happened the night of the grisly murder, Amanda is getting the last laugh,” said a source.

“Meredith must be spinning in her grave.”
