FOXY BROWN PLEADS NOT GUILTY

description

Rapper FOXY BROWN has pleaded not guilty to violating an order of protection when she allegedly cussed out and then flashed her arch-nemesis.

Foxy, who was accused of beating her neighbor Arlene Raymond in 2007 with a Blackberry, stood accused of violating her order of protection in Brooklyn Criminal Court.

Police say Brown, 30, was rehearsing in her Brooklyn pad yesterday when she reportedly had another  ugly encounter with her neighbor.

According to the complaint, Raymond looked at Foxy when the rapper suddenly flipped out and showered her with expletives before lifting her skirt.

Raymond promptly called NYPD.

Brown, AKA Inga Marchand, was collared and charged with criminal contempt – a class E felony – for violating the order of protection, barring her from having contact with Raymond.

Although prosecutors asked the court for a $10,000 bail, the beatific bad girl was released on a $5,000 bond. Foxy had previously served 8 months in NY Riker’s Island prison in 2008.

POP FYI: Marchand took her "nom de rap" from a 1974 blaxploitation film, Foxy Brown, which starred soul cinema queen Pam Grier.
