FOX News Hit With Human Rights Complaint: ‘Gender & Disability Discrimination’

New York City Commission investigating claims by Diana Falzone!

The scandal-plagued FOX News Network got rid of lecherous Bill O’Reilly and Roger Ailes — but now the New York City Commission on Human Rights is after the corporate brass!

FOX News reporter and host Diana Falzone has gone public with claims that she was banned from appearing on the network after she wrote about suffering from endometriosis, a painful disease that often leaves women infertile.

Just days later, claimed Falzone, the reporter was told that she was banned from reporting for the FOX News network and website!

Bill O’Reilly: The Domestic Violence Factor!

“The issues raised in Diana Falzone’s lawsuit are a concern for all women,” said attorney Nancy Erika Smith, who’s representing Falzone. “FOX News never banned her male counterparts who have discussed their personal health issues on air. Indeed, those men saw their careers advance.”

Julie Roginsky — who’s also filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against FOX News — has also asked for the NYC Human Rights commission to investigate the network.

This new move turns the horrific behavior at FOX News into a civil rights case with the Human Rights Commission — which has an office of Corporation Counsel that “prosecutes and defends lawsuits in the name of the City of New York, its agencies and citizens.”
