FORCED TO ENDURE LUDWIG VAN

description

Punishment fits the crime in bizarre Clockwork Orange ruling.

An Urbana Ohio judge forced Andrew Vactor, 24,  to listen to the likes of Ludwig Van Beethoven, Bach and Chopin in lieu of a $150 fine.

Vactor was busted in July for playing hip-hop too loudly on his car stereo.

Champaign County Municipal Court Judge Susan Fornof-Lippencott
’s  intention  was to make Vactor to listen to something he didn’t like, as others had to endure his choice of loud rap music in public.

"I think a lot of people don’t like to be forced to listen to music," the judge stated.

A probation officer said Vactor lasted about 15 minutes.

"I didn’t have the time to deal with that," the rap offender said.

Luckily he didn’t have his glazzies pinned open as well.
