MICKEY ROONEY has finally found peace after a bitter family feud erupted over his death three months ago.
Exclusive photos obtained by The ENQUIRER show his final resting spot at Los Angeles’ Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
A newly completed marble crypt has been erected to hold his remains, with the inscription: “One of the greatest entertainers the world has ever known. Hollywood will always be his home.”
As The ENQUIRER reported in April, the 93-year-old star had just $18,000 to his name, and left it to his stepson, Mark Aber.
Mickey’s eight biological children disputed the will.
Before dying, Mickey accused a son of his estranged eighth wife Jan of elder abuse and stealing as much as $8 million from him.
The fighting became so bitter that on April 19, the family staged separate funerals.
“Whatever the outcome, Mickey has finally found peace,” said a close source.
“His crypt is beautiful – and fitting for a Hollywood legend.”
