FELONY WARRANT FOR RANDY QUAID

Dennis Quaid's big bro, Randy, who attacked Independence Day aliens in his trusty bi-plane, is wanted by the police - and so's his wife!

RadarOnline.com reports the Santa Barbara County police have an issued an arrest warrant for the troubled thesp and missus Evi.

The cops have been investigating the Quaids for allegedly skipping out on their hotel bill at posh luxurious San Ysidro Ranch after racking up more than $10,000 in charges.
