In the aftermath of a home-wrecking shocker, <em>American Idol</em> winner<strong> FANTASIA BARRINO </strong>rushed to hospital after she overdosed in a sleep-aid aspirin combo, her rep said.
Barrino was taken to Carolinas Medical Center-Pineville at about 8:55 p.m. Monday, according to NewsChannel 36, Charolotte, North Carolina.
Barrino made headlines anew after being named in a divorce lawsuit accusing her of having sex with a married man, Antwuan Cook and videotaping the act. The suit was filed by Cook’s wife Paula Cook.
Barrino’s rep told media that the singer is "certain that she is not responsible for the deterioration of Cook’s marriage" but did not refer to the alleged sex tape.
