FALL OF THE HOUSE OF SPECTOR

description

The first day of testimony in the 2nd retrial of music legend Phil Spector was cancelled as a juror fell prey to parking lot peril.

The juror broke his foot.

The first witness, retired NYPD Detective Vincent Tannazzo, was in court and ready to testify Monday.

Spector defense attorney Doron Weinberg is keen to show the detective "is not who he says he is."

The detective testified at the first Spector murder trial that the Wall of Sound producer was ejected from two Xmas parties thrown by Joan Rivers in the 1990s.

Spector is alleged to have yelled obscenities and screamed "They all deserve a bullet in their heads."

Spector is under the specter of death if proven guilty in the 2003 shooting death of B-movie starlet Lana Clarkson.
