EXPERT WARNS RIHANNA

Former sex crimes prosecutor compares abusive Chris Brown to O.J. Simpson!

Linda Fairstein, former NYC prosecutor joined Oprah Winfrey in attempting to dissuade the "Umbrella" beauty aka Robyn Rihanna Fenty from reconciling with Brown.

"Many of the circumstances in her case were like the early warning signs in the O.J. Simpson case," Fairstein divulged.  OJ had repeatedly beat his wife Nicole Simpson without penalty before her murder in 1994.

Rihanna’s reported reconciliation with Brown after her pre-Grammy beating Feb. 8 has both Fairstein and Winfrey extremely worried.

"If a man hits you once, he will hit you again. He will hit you again," Oprah said on Friday to her TV audience.

The police technique of "profiling" calculates a criminal’s lethal probability based on key warning factors.

The fact that Brown allegedly said "Now I’m going to kill you" while choking her and bashing her face onto the dashboard has Fairstein more than concerned.

"Choking behavior is a…factor. It’s hands on, face-to-face. It’s a very intimate type of violence," the sex-crimes expert told the NY Daily News.

The ENQUIRER has reported previously Rihanna had been assaulted by Brown  prior to his arrest.

Brown, 19, was charged with two felony counts of assault and is believed to be negotiating a plea bargain while out on $50,000 bail.

Rihanna is allegedly in conflict about whether to testify against Brown next month in Los Angeles.
