MARIAH CAREY’s sister call girl ALISON has deadly liver cancer but still trying to sell her deteriorating body for drugs!

New tragedy for MARIAH as her call girl sister who’s HIV-positive, has liver cancer, and experts give her just months to live!

Shockingly, The ENQUIRER has learned that troubled 50-year-old Alison Carey is now seeking male clients who are doctors and willing to provide her with powerful painkillers in exchange for her services.

Meanwhile, sources say Grammy-winning superstar Mariah has no idea that her estranged sister, a convicted prostitute and the mother of four, is in such peril, adding that she’d gladly put their past disagreements behind them if she knew about the dire situation.

“Mariah hasn’t spoken to Alison in years, but the devastating news definitely will shatter her,” said a close source.

“Although their relationship has been strained since they were young, Mariah supported Alison and her children on and off for years. She also helped pay for Alison’s drug rehab as well as her treatment when she was diagnosed with HIV in the 1990s. But a vicious dispute over the responsibility and care of her children, her call-girl lifestyle and Alison’s attempt to write a scathing tell-all book about Mariah and the Carey family has led to an estrangement of many years.”

Still, the source pointed out that once Mariah, 43, finds out about her dying sister, “she’ll come to Alison’s rescue once again and try to save her life with the best medical care. She’d also be willing to adopt Alison’s 11-year-old daughter Carmella, who still lives with her.

“Mariah truly wants what’s best for her big sister.”

Medical experts forecast the worst: “Liver cancer is a very bad cancer to have because it is inoperable in the majority of cases” Dr. Herman Kattlove, a Los Angeles-based oncologist, told The ENQUIRER. “Her immune system is severely depressed because she’s HIV-positive, so that makes her survival even more risky. I’d say she has only months to live.”

The stunning news of Alison’s imminent death  will be a shock to Mariah who’s hubby Nick is battling his own health crisis– lupus nephritis, a disease that attacks the kidneys.

“Mariah’s been to hell and back with Nick’s health problems and fears that her babies could also be stricken with the disease,” said the source. “Now Alison’s tragedy will be a double whammy for her.”

According to another insider, Alison is currently advertising herself as an adult escort, targeting doctors who can supply her with the pain-numbing drugs she needs.

When approached on April 12 outside the Hilton Garden Inn in Riverhead, N.Y., where she invites men to visit her first-floor room, Mariah’s anguished sister confirmed to The ENQUIRER that she is extremely ill but insists “not with AIDS…liver cancer.”

Alison – who had the first of her four children when she was 15 – has been busted for prostitution twice but is currently advertising her services in the Long Island edition of a website called backpage.com.

A former vice detective, who recently spoke to Alison, told The ENQUIRER: “She’s bone-thin, dying, broke and living from hotel to hotel. She’s desperate to find someone who can provide her with narcotics.

“She claimed she had sciatica (an excruciating nerve problem) and wanted me to find her some drugs. She offered me ‘favors’ in return.

“She’d love to make a steady client out of a doctor.”

In February 2011, The ENQUIRER confronted Alison in similar circumstances at another Hilton Garden Inn in nearby Ronkonkoma, where we discovered she was charging $250 an hour for house calls.

She said told THE ENQUIRER: “You have no idea how badly I need cash right now. But I’m not having sex for money! I provide personal companionship and erotic body rubs.”

The insider confided: “Alison remains in a very bad way – she’s dying and still selling herself. And she still resents Mariah for being a cold, vain millionaire pop star.”

And the source concluded: “The bottom line is that Mariah would do anything to help. Unfortunately,it will probably be too late to matter.”
