The ENQUIRER exclusively reveals Jamie Lynn Spears gave birth to a girl via C-section!
Jamie Lynn entered Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center in McComb, Ms at 4 a.m. today and was delivered via C-sec at approximately 8:30 a.m. (CST).
The father is – natch – fiance Casey Aldridge.
The baby is named Maddie Briann.
The 17-year-old Zoey 101 star had an ultrasound last week, indicating her baby may be in breech position.
Jamie Lynn is doing AOK in recovery , surrounded by family including big sis Brit, dad Jamie and mom Lyn.
