CLINT EASTWOOD’s daughter ALISON is marrying chainsaw wielding hunk STACY POITRAS, the  “Chainsaw Gang” star announced exclusively to The ENQUIRER — and it'll happen this spring!

“We’ve been wavering between California and Hawaii, but it looks like we’ve finally settled on a May wedding followed by a reception in Carmel at the Mission Ranch Resort owned by Alison’s dad,” Poitras, 45, revealed to The ENQUIRER.

“We’re going to have a traditional ceremony, probably overlooking the beach. it will be small and intimate with family and maybe a few close friends.”

The world-famous chainsaw carver – who leads a foursome of beer-swilling roughnecks at Deadwood Tree sculptures on the CMT reality series – has dated actress-model Alison for five years. She’s the 40-year old daughter of hollywood icon Clint Eastwood and his first wife Maggie.

Although sources have told The ENQUIRER that the now canceled E! network reality show “Mrs. Eastwood & Company” contributed to the collapse of Clint’s marriage to second wife Dina Ruiz, Poitras says his future father-in-law has been completely supportive of his reality TV career.

But the chainsaw maestro admits asking the Oscar winner for permission to wed his daughter was unnerving.

“One evening after a dinner party for Alison’s birthday, I told Clint, ‘I love your daughter, sir, and I’d like to ask for her hand in marriage,’” he recalled.

“Clint sat squinting off into the distance for about 30 seconds that seemed like 30 minutes. Finally,

he said, ‘Well, you’re going to have to take that up with her.’

“I asked him, ‘Is that a Yes?’

Clint said with a grin, ‘That’s a yes, son’ – and it was one of the happiest moments of my life!”
