The scandal was triggered when JIMMY BENNETT, who worked for Jackson’s Rainbow PUSH Coalition for more than two years, filed a complaint with Chicago’s Commission on Human Relations last year.
He alleged that Jackson, 69, harassed him and fired him for being a homosexual.
The openly gay Bennett is seeking $450,000 from Jackson, and says the preacher required him to escort women to the activist’s hotel room and then clean up after Jackson had sex with them.
He also claims Jackson demanded oral sex from him.
