In a touching life and death story, The ENQUIRER goes behind the scenes to document a pint-sized mom’s battle against a Goliath-sized problem.

Beloved “Little Couple” reality star Jennifer Arnold is fighting stage 3 choriocarcinoma, a rare form of cancer. The brave 3-foot-2 mom of two has undergone surgery and grueling chemotherapy treatments that have left her exhausted, bald and battling deadly infections.

But the plucky neonatalist from Texas is hoping for a miracle. And leading experts told The ENQUIRER she can beat the deadly disease.

“Her chances of survival are probably pretty good,” Dr. Herman Kattlove, former spokesman for the American Cancer Society, who has not treated Jen, said. “This is the first cancer ever found curable. But, as always with individual cases, the devil is in the details.”

Meanwhile, Jen’s 4-foot-tall hubby, Bill Klein, is caring for their adopted tykes, son Will, 3, from China and daughter Zoey, 2, from India. And fans of their TLC reality show – who’ve been following the couple since they were newlyweds in 2009 – have offered heartfelt wishes from all over the world. “The response from fans has been overwhelmingly positive,” Mike Dewey, the father of Jen’s sister-in-law, told The ENQUIRER.

This is one tale that will pull on your heartstrings – and you’ll find it ONLY in the latest issue of The ENQUIRER!
