Shocking claims may implicate BOBBI KRISTINA BROWN’s boyfriend in the death of her mother, WHITNEY HOUSTON!

AND a top investigator told The ENQUIRER he could be charged with double homicide!

In an interview with TV shrink Dr. Phil McGraw, the mother of Nick Gordon said her son performed CPR on Whitney on the night she died.

Nick also claimed he administered CPR to Bobbi Kristina, and sources said could lead to authorities targeting Nick for “attempted murder.”

What’s more, as The ENQUIRER has reported, Nick supplied drugs to both Bobbi Kristina and Whitney!

Former Chicago cop-turned-Hollywood private eye Paul Huebl told The ENQUIRER: “Under the felony murder rule, anyone who furnishes drugs to another person, causing the death or disability of that party, can be charged with homicide and criminal negligence.

“Nick Gordon was present before Whitney Houston’s drug-related death in California, as well as with Bobbi Kristina [in Georgia]. If tried and found guilty in these cases, Nick could serve long consecutive sentences in both states.”

Whitney was 48 when her body was fished out of a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton hotel on Feb. 11, 2012.

On the “Dr. Phil” show that aired March 11, Nick’s mother, Michelle Gordon, said: “When Whitney was found, he (Nick) administered CPR to her, and called me as he was standing in front of her saying, ‘Mom, why couldn’t I do it? I couldn’t get air into her lungs!’ ”

A L.A. coroner’s representative has denied Nick’s claim, but family sources insisted Nick was at the hotel that night. On the day before her death, Whitney received a delivery of cocaine – and Paul told The ENQUIRER: “Someone got away with murder!

“Whitney had scrapes and cuts on her body with wounds on her face, hands and limbs.”

In an eerie coincidence, Bobbi Kristina was found facedown on Jan. 31 in a tub of cold water in the townhouse she shared with Nick, 25, in Georgia.

Doctors later found Bobbi Kristina had facial injuries, and according to Bobbi Kristina’s aunt, Leolah Brown, cops are targeting Nick for her niece’s “attempted murder.”

Paul told The ENQUIRER: “If Georgia cops link Bobbi Kristina’s case to that of her mother, they’ll be able to light a fire under Whitney’s case. If Nick’s involved with one or both cases, a jury must decide his fate.”
