Farrah Fawcett is recovering from surgery in a German clinic after having two cancerous tumors removed from her liver, the NATIONAL ENQUIRER has learned exclusively.
Close friend Alana Stewart is remaining at her side during the medical ordeal, a well-placed source has revealed.
“The tumors on Farrah’s liver were successfully removed,” the source said.
“Doctors now are working to build up her immune system for her return to the U.S.”
Both women are expected to return to Los Angeles in two weeks, the source said.
