Rielle Hunter, the mistress of ex-Presidential candidate John Edwards, has won a temporary restraining order demanding that Andrew Young, an ex-aide of the disgraced politician, return an alleged sex tape she says belongs to her. SEE VIDEO BELOW
According to Major Charles Blackwood of the Orange County, North Carolina Sherriff's Office, Hunter's restraining order "speaks to video recordings and photographs that depict matters of a private and personal nature.
Young has refused to hand over the tapes and photos to the Sheriff's Office but apparently negotiations continue. Maj.Blackwood says Young "didn't comply, but he wasn't necessarily non-compliant."
Yet Bob Woodruff of ABC News made the announcement of Hunter's TRO lawsuit this morning on GMA as he showed a clip of the Andrew Young 20/20 interview about the Edwards cover-up.
During the clip, Young admits that "Over a million dollars was devoted to the cover-up" and also played a voice mail message from John:
"Andrew, it's John," Edwards said on the message.
"I am gonna leave you this message just in case you get a call from me asking, 'What's going on?'
The reason we're calling is because Elizabeth's standing there. So if I call saying, 'What happened? How did this happen?' -- that's because Elizabeth's standing there with me.".
Young is now confirming The ENQUIRER's exhaustive investigation into the labyrinth and byzantine obstruction of justice perpetuated by Edwards and his underlings to buy his mistress's silence with hush money skimmed from the fat of tax payers presidential campaign fund contributions to the former North Carolina golden boy.
"We are confident that Senator Edwards neither violated campaign laws nor asked anyone to do so," Edwards' attorney James P. Cooney III said in a statement released to AP which sounds like an official "non-denial-denial".
Later Edwards attacked Young stating, "While we have not had an opportunity to view the interview or read the book, we urge extreme caution by everyone involved. From media reports, it is obvious that there are many allegations which are simply false. It appears that Andrew Young is primarily motivated by financial gain and media attention."
AND John Edwards is NOT a liar - RIGHT.
While both Young and Hunter both testified before the Federal Grand Jury investigation, it is believed Young turned state's evidence against his former boss Edwards in exchange for immunity and the right to publish his account without fear of perjury.
