The star of 19 Kids and Counting MICHELLE DUGGAR has lost the baby she was carrying.
Duggar was carrying what would have been her 20th child.
“Earlier today at a routine doctor’s appointment, Michelle and I received the sad news that we lost the baby,” husband Jim Bob Duggar told RadarOnline.com.
“Michelle is resting comfortably at home with the support of the entire family.
“We are grateful for all the thoughts and prayers, but ask for privacy during this difficult time.”
The Duggars had announced on their popular reality show the impending arrival of the child – due Spring 2012.
Her last child was born a preemie.
The reality show family freely admits they do not practice birth control.
