“Duck Dynasty,” which will be returning to A&E for a fourth season, has been an unqualified success for the network with a record-breaking 9.6 million viewers tuning in for the Season 3 finale. On June 8, the family announced that they’d inked a deal with UMG Nashville to release a Christmas album, “Duck the Halls: A Robertson Family Christmas.” It’s scheduled to be released on Oct. 29.
“Christmas is an important holiday for us, not only because of our strong faith, but also our holiday family traditions,” said Willie. “We’re having a great time making this album.”
His wife, Korie, added: “The whole family is going to be involved. It’ll be kind of a variety show-style music CD, and we’ve got some surprises for you. So it’s going to be a lot of fun!”
