Californicator Dave and Téa Leoni making up 'fore breaking up?

Despite the couple announcing separation last month, they sure don't seem like they're heading for splitsville - yet.

Spies spotted the former sex addicted Californication star and Téa on Manhattan's Upper East Side Friday night - Halloween.  They were accompanying their two kids Madelaine and Kyd trick-or-treating.

"They were very cute and were holding hands," a source revealed.

"(They) looked very mellow and relaxed."

This despite reports of infidelity on both sides, non-denial-denials and steamy Blackberry text messages.

Maybe David's begging Téa for reconciliation paid off after all.
