DR. MEHMET OZ is being sued but it has nothing to do with his medical practice!
The TV doc allegedly planted trees in the yard of his Cliffside Park, N.J. home that block his neighbors' view of the Manhattan skyline.
Angelo and Hana Bisceglie are suing the celeb heart surgeon because he planted three 30-foot cedar trees on his own property. "They block the entire view of the downtown area, now we can’t see the Empire State Building," Hana Bisceglie told WCBS. "Even from the bedroom window, we can't see anything."
The Bisceglies say the trees have cost them more than $500,000 on the resale value of the $3 million dollar home.
