The son of rap legend Dr. Dre was found dead in California.
Details are sketchy but according to LA Weekly, André Young, Jr was discovered dead early Saturday morning after arriving home at 530 AM in Woodland Hills.
Young’s mother found him unresponsive in his bead at 10 AM and quickly called 911.
Paramedics were unable to resuscitate Young according to Los Angeles County Coroner Assistant Chief Ed Winter.
Winter says post-mortem toxicology reports should provide a clue as to the demise of the rap legend’s son.
Police do not suspect foul play at this time.
Grammy winner Dr. Dre (André Romelle Young) shot to musical fame with influential gangsta rap group N.W.A. and later was a cofounder of Death Row Records launching the careers of Snoop Dog and Eminem.
