Olivia Newton-John is apparently facing a cash crunch – swapping luxury digs for a “low-income” Florida condo.
The “Grease” star’s new home is a lackluster complex built in the ’80s that one insider described as “social housing for low-income folks.”
Olivia, 66, and hubby John Easterling paid $550,000 for the two-bedroom apartment, according to records obtained by The National ENQUIRER.
The waterfront nest is a downgrade from the crib on the ritzy Jupiter Inlet Colony that the couple bought for $4.1 million as newlyweds in 2009.
Olivia also sold her Malibu mansion for $10 million that year, and her latest move has prompted buzz the “Physical” singer has money woes.
That pad has brought nothing but trouble since.
After sinking $2 million into it, the couple contracted to sell it to Rosie O’Donnell in 2013 – but she backed out after a contractor committed suicide inside.
Now, it’s been languishing on the market for 500-plus days at $5.6 million.
