description

John Ritter‘s family lost their court case alleging two doctors acted negligently which led to his from a torn aorta 2003 death. The two doctors, a cardiologist and a radiologist, were cleared by a California jury Friday, March 14, and not ordered to pay damages.

Ritter was told in 2001 to follow up on a body scan procedure which revealed he had calcification in three coronary arteries. Ritter didn’t follow the order.
