The rapper/actor DMX has been (yawn) arrested for failure to attend to a court hearing in Phoenix.
DMX aka Earl Simmons had checked himself into a Miami hospital and was planning to enter a rehab said his barrister Charles Kozelka.
A Phoenix judged issued a warrant for the Exit Wounds (pictured) thesp when he didn’t appear for a pretrial hearing stemming from his arrest on four counts of drug paraphernalia possession and one count possession of pot.
Now DMX has to go back to Phoenix which has messed up his rehab itinerary.
