By adding a 13th number to the voting process, Idol fans were treated to a phone sex recording!
Yup, they really wanted to shake things up but according to the Washington Post "No one thought to send a memo to the Senior Executive Vice President for Reality Series Viewer Voting Phone Number Checking."
"Grab a pen and paper and make sure you jot down her number — trust me," host Ryan Seacrest exhorted viewers to note the new family safe phone number for lucky 13th contestant Alexis Grace, before she sang "Dirty Diana".
"Make sure you dial carefully," Seacrest tells home aud. "Very carefully."
Alexis’ new number is 1-866-IDOLS-36.
